The role performs maintenance and troubleshooting across apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, painting, and carpentry areas, while maintaining work orders and using property management software. The position follows a Monday-Friday schedule with on-call rotations every three weeks and pays $26.47-$33.09 per hour depending on experience, tenure, and location.
