Description
The Service Technician / Information Electronics Technician will support customers with the installation, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of multifunction copying and printing systems and document management solutions. The role includes on-site and remote technical support, customer service, documentation, and requires relevant technical training, troubleshooting ability, PC and software skills, and a Class B driver’s license.
