Description
The Service Technician assembles, tests, inspects, and packages tools and products for inventory and shipping at the NOV Completion Tools service centre in Nisku, Alberta. The role also includes basic shipping and receiving, equipment operation, safety reporting, shop organization, and other duties. Candidates need technical and practical knowledge of operations, products, policies, and regulations, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately at a fast pace; forklift certification and overhead crane safety knowledge are assets. The position is safety-sensitive and requires satisfactory pre-employment testing.
