Description
The Service Technician-Trailer performs repairs, maintenance, and care for customer trailers and related equipment. The role requires Class A certification, professional teamwork, efficient and documented repairs, warranty-claim support, customer communication, and a courtesy inspection. Required or beneficial qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, CDL A or B where applicable, and skills in sheet metal, welding, carpentry, brake systems, roll-up doors, air-ride and spring-ride diagnosis, electrical wiring, ABS repairs, and heavy-duty trailer maintenance.
