The Service Technician will perform repairs and customizations on customer and dealership Harley-Davidson motorcycles, diagnose issues, road-test machines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and communicate with service advisors, managers, and customers. The role requires hands-on motorcycle experience or factory-certified training, knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, a tool set, a motorcycle endorsement, a clean driving record, and the ability to handle heavy bikes and shop conditions.
