Description
The Consultant II, Education & Knowledge (Service Training Instructor) is an on-site instructor at Ricoh’s Boulder training facility, delivering service training for Production Inkjet Continuous Feed and Cutsheet printer products and accessories. The role supports Direct and Dealer employees through classroom and virtual training, develops and maintains training content, coaches field employees, manages certification processes, evaluates training needs, and reports on learning initiatives. It requires a four-year college degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of training or employee development experience, five or more years of functional industry experience, relevant certifications, and periodic travel to remote offices.
