BEKO TECHNOLOGIES is hiring a Service Unit Manager in Neuss to provide technical and disciplinary leadership to service technicians across the D-A-CH region. The role manages deployment, route planning, resource allocation, service-process development, quality compliance, KPI monitoring, and revenue optimization, while supporting technicians with complex technical and customer issues. Candidates need experience leading decentralized technical service units, technical knowledge, strong communication and customer orientation, and familiarity with MS Office and CRM; English is preferred.
