Depaul is hiring a permanent, mid-level Service User Support Worker for its Stella Maris alcohol-dependency and homelessness service in Belfast. The role provides reception, building management, service-user support, activity delivery, record-keeping, health and safety checks, cleaning, and project administration, with a 35-hour varied rota including night shifts. Applicants need at least three GCSEs including Maths and English, one year of paid relevant work experience or two years of relevant volunteering experience, risk-management knowledge, IT skills, communication skills, and knowledge of homelessness services and statutory and voluntary resources.
