Description
Ascendance Truck Centers is hiring a full-time Service Writer for its commercial truck service department. The role manages incoming repair work, communicates with customers and internal departments, prepares repair orders and estimates, coordinates warranty and vendor processes, tracks repair progress, and explains completed work and charges. Candidates need strong communication and customer-service skills, the ability to develop estimates and schedule jobs, a high school diploma or GED, additional heavy-duty truck training, and at least one year of Service Writer experience.
