EquipmentShare is hiring a Service Writer for its Columbus, Ohio rental facility. The role combines customer service, rental scheduling, damage work-order writing, parts ordering, billing, lead response, customer relationship management, and sales development. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime after 40 hours and on-call scheduling. Compensation is $19.50–$30 per hour, and the position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3–4 years of sales experience; equipment sales experience is a plus.
