The role serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling reception and customer care, managing cash registers, collaborating with service consultants to optimize processes, and providing cross-site support when needed. Candidates should have customer-contact experience, preferably a commercial education, a friendly and service-oriented approach, and flexibility; a Class B driving licence is advantageous.
