Description
The ServiceNow Administrator/Developer is a hybrid role responsible for ServiceNow platform operations, application configuration, custom development, integrations, testing, release management, incident and service request support, and operational project management. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant information systems or computer science discipline, CSA and CAD certifications, and five years of technical leadership and ServiceNow application support experience, with three years of project management, business process analysis, dashboard and report creation, and training experience. The role may require work beyond normal hours, a valid Arizona driver’s license, and completion of background and drug and alcohol testing.
