Cronos Europa is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to support a long-term project in a large European public-sector IT environment. The role is onsite in Warsaw, Poland, with an ASAP start date, and involves administering and improving the ServiceNow platform, maintaining performance, availability, and security, supporting upgrades and integrations, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and maintaining documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent, at least five years of IT experience including two or more years as a ServiceNow Administrator, strong ServiceNow and ITSM knowledge, MariaDB knowledge, relevant ServiceNow certifications, and B2 or higher English proficiency.
