BDO Digital is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for clients, including ITSM, ITOM, PM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. The role leads onshore and offshore development teams, customizes applications, coordinates with business and IT stakeholders, optimizes application performance, documents architecture, and provides user training. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six years of ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience, and experience with ticketing systems and remote management tools; bachelor’s or master’s degrees and relevant certifications are preferred. The national and Maryland salary range is $120,000 to $180,000.
