Cronos Europa is hiring an Advanced ServiceNow Architect based in Warsaw to support a European Agency in designing, implementing, and continuously improving its ServiceNow platform. The role covers platform architecture, development and testing standards, business-to-technical translation, integrations, architectural guidance, implementation projects, performance and security optimization, and technical documentation. Candidates need at least 8 years of IT professional experience, including 3 years in a similar ServiceNow Architect role, a higher education degree, ServiceNow certification or equivalent, and experience with ITSM, integrations, modelling tools, complex systems, security standards, and English at C1 level.
