Description

ExcCon is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to advise customers on IT environment planning and implementation using the ServiceNow Enterprise platform. The architect will design and develop ServiceNow solutions, consult on software architecture, and lead projects involving digital transformation and automation. This role involves continuous monitoring of technological developments, providing technical leadership, and building a team.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of full-time professional experience, ideally with several years of experience in technical leadership roles.
Several years of experience in software development.
Experience in preparing cost estimates and processing customer proposals.
You have experience as a project manager with multidisciplinary Scrum or DevOps teams.
Long-standing experience in IT Service, IT Service Management, and Project Management.
At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles and in planning and implementing enterprise architecture, preferably with ServiceNow.
Preferred Qualifications: Ideally, you already hold certification as an ITIL® Expert and/or Prince2® Practitioner.
Mind. 3 ServiceNow certificates (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITSM (Professional), CIS-RC, CIS-PPM, CIS-APM, or CAD) and/or two additional ServiceNow disciplines.
