Homecare Homebase is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Architect to provide consultative leadership to the Platform Support Team, align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy, document architecture, analyze impacts of new requirements, establish governance controls, and participate in implementing platform solutions. The role requires advanced ServiceNow knowledge, enterprise architecture and IT service management expertise, modern ServiceNow development and integration skills, and at least three years of ServiceNow Platform Architect experience. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, while relevant certifications are preferred; visa sponsorship is not provided.
