iTech AG is hiring a remote ServiceNow Architect to support a federal program by designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions in a secure, scalable, and compliant environment. The role covers custom applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, Service Portal and UI Builder portals, platform upgrades, performance tuning, defect resolution, and federal security and compliance requirements. Candidates need at least two years of hands-on ServiceNow Architect experience, strong portal and scripting experience, Agile or SAFe delivery experience, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance; US citizenship is required.
