Itron is hiring a ServiceNow CSM Pro+ Lead Architect to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. The role combines architectural leadership, technical solution design, integration and workflow planning, delivery oversight, and cross-functional team management. It requires 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong CSM Pro+ expertise, technical project management or delivery management experience, and knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and enterprise integrations. The position is based in the West Region with a hybrid arrangement requiring work in West Coast time.
