Itron is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to lead the implementation of ServiceNow CSM Pro+ and drive end-to-end delivery across multiple enterprise workflows. The role defines architecture, integrations, data models, and workflows; leads technical design and architecture reviews; oversees delivery quality and scalability; translates business requirements into technical specifications; partners with developers and administrators; and provides technical project management oversight. The position is a West Region hybrid role requiring West Coast time, with an engagement of 10+ months.
