Description
The Business Architect will own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions across multiple client engagements, translating business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models. The role defines architecture standards and governance, leads discovery workshops and AI roadmaps, introduces GenAI and agentic patterns, mentors cross-functional teams, and partners with leadership to scale AI adoption. It requires at least 7.5 years of experience, 15 years of full-time education, advanced ServiceNow architecture expertise, AI and integration knowledge, and strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
