Description
The ServiceNow AI Developer will build AI-enabled features on ServiceNow using Now Assist, Virtual Agent, AI Search, App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. The role focuses on agentic workflow automation, prompt and evaluator development, RAG strategies, testing, secure engineering, and agile collaboration. Candidates need at least three years of experience, strong JavaScript and REST API fundamentals, ServiceNow platform knowledge, and familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and related integration and data concepts.
