Description
The Software QA Engineer performs software quality assurance for assigned applications or system elements, including reviewing requirements and functional specifications, creating test plans and cases, automating functional tests with ServiceNow ATF, executing tests, analyzing results, troubleshooting issues, documenting testing activities, supporting quality improvement, and mentoring junior testers. The role requires a BA/BS degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination, with ServiceNow testing experience required and automated testing using ServiceNow ATF preferred.
