Devoteam is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Business Consultant to analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions for digital transformation projects. The role includes stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering, functional and technical specification development, ServiceNow module configuration, testing, governance guidance, process automation, and solution presentations. Candidates need at least two years of practical ServiceNow implementation or improvement experience, five or more years of relevant ServiceNow consultancy experience, strong ServiceNow functional knowledge, ITIL and Agile/DevOps experience, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills.
