ICF is hiring a remote ITSM Process Implementer to support federal clients, including the National Institutes of Health. The role coordinates subject-matter experts and leads ServiceNow ITSM implementations, CMDB design and data governance, Discovery and Service Mapping, CSDM migration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, at least six years of ServiceNow experience, and U.S. citizenship or a green card. The position is remote in the United States, with possible client-site work in Rockville, Maryland, and a full-time pay range of $98,614 to $167,644.
