Description
The ServiceNow Data and CMDB Specialist will govern, quality-assure, and develop data in ServiceNow, with particular responsibility for the Configuration Management Database, configuration items, service mappings, data standards, integrations, reporting, dashboards, and performance measures. The role coordinates with service, application, infrastructure, data, and integration owners to resolve data-quality issues and supports ServiceNow AI capabilities. It is based in London, Birmingham, or Johannesburg, with a 35-hour week and up to 40% remote working.
