Unisys is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Data Model Specialist focused on Service Management in Bangalore. The role bridges business requirements and technical implementation by analyzing and documenting ServiceNow service requirements, designing service offerings, catalogs, approval workflows, resolver and approval groups, SLAs, and KPIs, supporting implementation workbooks and configuration validation, and governing service-model maturity. The position requires strong ServiceNow functional knowledge, IT service management and ITIL expertise, business analysis and documentation skills, and 4–6 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
