Description
The role is a 12-month contract to design, develop, configure, test, deploy, maintain, and support ServiceNow solutions and AI-enabled capabilities. Responsibilities include platform scripting, integrations, workflow automation, enterprise-system integration, technical documentation, project planning, business-process redesign, stakeholder collaboration, troubleshooting, and compliance. Required qualifications include a relevant university degree or college diploma, at least three years of ServiceNow implementation developer experience, experience with ServiceNow modules and AI/automation capabilities, and knowledge of workflow automation, APIs, enterprise application development, generative AI, machine learning, NLP, prompt engineering, and AI governance.
