9th Way Insignia is hiring a ServiceNow Architect to provide senior-level technical architecture, governance, configuration, integration, security, and operational support for the USPTO Service Management Platform. The role manages administrative intake, triages incidents and requests, supports platform administration and enhancements, participates in design and release reviews, and maintains technical documentation. It requires a bachelor’s degree or eight years of equivalent experience, at least five years of ServiceNow platform experience, U.S. citizenship, and a current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is preferred. The salary range is $98,153.18 to $120,789.28 USD, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
