The ServiceNow Developer (AI Control Tower) will develop and configure ServiceNow applications, workflows, integrations, dashboards, and reporting for an AI Control Tower focused on discoverability, observability, governance, and security of enterprise AI solutions. The role builds RAG, LLM, and agentic AI services, integrates ServiceNow with enterprise AI platforms and external systems, identifies platform gaps, and collaborates with product engineering teams. It requires 5–8 years of experience and is based in Santa Clara, California, for a six-month contract.
