The position covers designing, developing, testing, deploying, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM, Service Catalog, custom applications, workflows, integrations, and release processes; developer-level work may include mentoring, while architect-level work may include governance, peer reviews, and client-facing solution design. Candidates need 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience for the developer track or 8+ years including lead or architect experience for the architect track, along with CAD and CIS certifications, strong scripting and integration skills, and Top Secret clearance or sponsorship.
