Description
Accenture Federal Services is hiring a Scrum Master to coach and facilitate agile teams delivering software and technology projects for federal government clients. The role covers agile events, backlog and story refinement, risk and impediment resolution, team chartering, delivery metrics, product management coaching, and technical testing and deployment improvements. Candidates need software development and Agile coaching experience, familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, strong facilitation and client-facing skills, at least one agile certification, US citizenship, and an active TS/SCI clearance. The stated base pay range is $108,400 to $203,400 USD.
