The role involves designing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, developing and deploying enhancements, managing integrations and platform components, troubleshooting defects, supporting upgrades, and contributing to security, governance, documentation, and project activities. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proven ServiceNow development and configuration experience are required, while certifications, enterprise experience, ITIL knowledge, and automation expertise are desired.
