Description
ServiceNow Developer will provide administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support by using good practice and web programming techniques to configure robust solutions to the client utilizing the ServiceNow platform. The resource will have both technical and creative design input to develop, configure and maintain this application. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining simple ServiceNow workflows, using scripting tools and ServiceNow functionality, acting as a support contact, working within an Agile framework, contributing to the global ServiceNow strategy, developing documentation, creating reports and dashboards, assisting the product team, answering technical questions, and customizing ServiceNow configurations.
