Description
Guidehouse is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions for enterprise IT service management and platform capabilities. The role involves building custom applications, workflows, integrations, UI components, business rules, client scripts, and automation; partnering with technical and business stakeholders; supporting platform administration, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization; and participating in code reviews, testing, deployments, and ongoing support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, at least two years of professional ServiceNow exposure, strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform knowledge, and is preferred for candidates in the Washington, DC metro area with up to 25% travel.
