ICW Group is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer (Advanced) to design, develop, integrate, and optimize ServiceNow solutions across their enterprise environment. This role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow applications, building custom business rules, developing and modifying Service Catalog items, configuring incident and problem modules, utilizing ServiceNow Studio for automation, and supporting Workday ↔ ServiceNow integrations. The developer will also handle data, CMDB, and CSDM enhancement, optimizing Employee Center pages, managing system administration, providing technical support, collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to solution architecture, and conducting training.
