Saronic Technologies is hiring a ServiceNow Platform Owner to own the end-to-end deployment, administration, automation, integration, and continuous improvement of the enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role covers ITSM, ITOM, Change Management, CMDB, asset management, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP integrations, Service Catalog, portal customization, access control, documentation, and Tier 3 escalation. It requires at least three years of ServiceNow development and administration experience, proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs, and experience with ITSM and ITOM modules.
