ServBeyond Solutions is hiring a temporary ServiceNow Developer to execute hands-on configuration and development for a client’s ServiceNow Customer Service Management effort in a secure government environment. The role covers CSM portal and case configuration, Flow Designer and Process Automation Designer automation, REST integrations, data migration and ETL, Performance Analytics, secure environment remediation, workflow migration, UAT, training, and deployment readiness. Candidates need at least five years of IT platform development or configuration experience, including three years of ServiceNow platform experience and two years of ServiceNow CSM configuration or development experience, along with required government security eligibility.
