The role covers ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, integrations, automation, code reviews, testing, releases, upgrades, production support, documentation, and mentoring. Candidates need strong ServiceNow development experience, advanced knowledge of JavaScript and related platform technologies, experience with integrations and AI-enabled workflows, and familiarity with ServiceNow architecture, security, Agile delivery, and English proficiency.
