Description
Comcast Business IT is hiring an Engineer 2 / ServiceNow Developer to develop, configure, test, integrate, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow applications and modules supporting IT Service Management, CMDB, and Telecom Service Operations Management. The role partners with product, architecture, QA, and engineering teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable platform capabilities, with responsibilities spanning scripting, workflow and Flow Designer development, integrations via REST APIs, data migration and cleanup, testing and release support, DevSecOps practices, and production stability. The position is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or Reston, Virginia, is ineligible for visa sponsorship, and requires a bachelor’s degree plus 2–5 years of relevant experience, including preferred hands-on ServiceNow and JavaScript/Python/Java experience.
