iTech AG is hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance an enterprise ServiceNow implementation for a federal agency customer. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management capabilities, including demand management, project portfolio management, resource management, and investment funding, while also supporting ITSM and other production modules. Responsibilities include developing custom applications and integrations, participating in Agile or SAFe delivery activities, supporting data migration and adoption, and collaborating with business analysts, architects, project managers, and federal stakeholders. The position requires at least five years of ServiceNow development experience, enterprise SPM implementation experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and ServiceNow System Administration certification; federal civilian agency experience and additional ServiceNow certifications are preferred.
