Description
The employer is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Responsibilities include configuring ITSM and other core modules, developing business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, workflows, and Flow Designer, creating Service Catalog items and approvals, integrating with third-party applications through REST/SOAP APIs, testing and debugging, supporting upgrades and patches, preparing technical documentation, and collaborating with business analysts, administrators, and end users while maintaining performance and security standards.
