DHL IT Services is hiring a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to provide second- and third-level operational support for ServiceNow business applications, investigate and resolve incidents, monitor SLAs, prepare technical reports, support implementations and platform upgrades, and coordinate system enhancements and patches. The role requires ServiceNow scripting, configuration, ITSM and CSM modules, automation, integrations, Git, CI/CD, testing, debugging, performance optimization, security, and access controls, along with analytical problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and advanced English.
