Devoteam is hiring a ServiceNow HR Integration Consultant to support HR service management transformation projects and employee workflow digitization. The role covers auditing HR processes and existing tooling, defining ServiceNow deployment strategies, designing HR service catalogs and process specifications, leading implementation and change, supporting Journeys and Employee Center Pro, providing post-deployment support, and contributing to pre-sales and project leadership. Candidates need a Master’s degree, at least three years of ServiceNow HR integration experience or equivalent HRIS, SuccessFactors, Workday, or SaaS deployment experience, strong HR and ServiceNow expertise, French and English proficiency, and willingness to travel within France and internationally.
