Rest is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, develop, support, and optimise its enterprise ServiceNow platform. The role covers ITSM, HRSD, IRM, TPRM, ITOM, CMDB, custom applications, workflow automation, integrations, APIs, Agile delivery, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement. The engineer will collaborate with product owners, business analysts, stakeholders, and other engineers to deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experiences and business processes.
