Description
RapDev is hiring a ServiceNow Engineer to develop and maintain software and web applications, create scalable and testable code, fix bugs, build third-party integrations, and write ServiceNow business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, and UI scripts. The role involves customer implementations, remote services, requirements validation, SCRUM participation, and troubleshooting configuration or script issues. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field, at least five years of ServiceNow development experience, proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integrations, and experience leading ITOM implementations and cloud-native implementations involving Discovery, ServiceMapping, and AIOps.
