Description
Hitachi Vantara is seeking a highly experienced individual to operate and enhance ServiceNow Event Management within their ITOC function. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving alert quality through various methods such as correlation, deduplication, noise reduction, and AI-assisted triage. This role involves configuring and maintaining event rules, integrating monitoring tools, continuously tuning event ingestion, and utilizing AI-assisted operations patterns to identify alert storms, suggest correlation improvements, and auto-enrich alerts with contextual information.
