Description
The ServiceNow Implementation Consultant will analyze and design business requirements for CSM, SOM, and FSM environments, configure and customize ServiceNow modules, develop complex flows and client- and server-side JavaScript, and implement integrations. The role requires 3–5 years of ServiceNow implementation or expansion experience, CSA and CIS certifications, CIS certification in CSM, SOM, or FSM, German at C1 level, and strong communication of technical topics in business terms. The position offers flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
