The role manages functional and technical teams, applies Agile methodology, oversees governance, budget, scheduling, capacity, and risk, and supports integration of ITSM, HR, SecOps, FSM, or CSM modules. Candidates need an engineering degree or master’s level, at least six years of IT experience or four years in project management, ITSM integration experience, Agile and crisis-management skills, strong organizational and teamwork abilities, and English fluency.
