Windward Consulting is hiring a remote ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Vulnerability Response (VR) Business Process Consultant to support the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow applications. The role translates business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, conducts workshops and process-mapping sessions, collaborates with developers and architects, supports data models and integrations, coordinates user acceptance testing, and provides training and project updates. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 3–5+ years of business analysis experience including at least 2 years focused on ServiceNow implementations, ServiceNow IRM and VR implementation certifications, and familiarity with ServiceNow data structures, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
